Basic Fried Rice

400 Grams
White Rice,Boiled -- (14 ounces)
3 Tablespoons
Green Peas (Fresh or Frozen)
1 Tablespoon
Soy Sauce
1) Cut the onion into thin slices and the bacon into thin strips.
2) Add the salt to the eggs and beat them with a fork for 10-12 seconds.
3) Heat the oil in a frying pan and stir fry the onion and bacon for 2 minutes.
4) Push the mixture to one side and add the butter on the other side. When the butter melts, pour in the eggs, stir the eggs a couple of times and leave to cook for a minute.
5) When the eggs have set, pour in the rice, peas and soy sauce and turn and scramble it with the other contents of the pan until evenly mixed.
6) Leave to cook over low heat for 2 1/2 more minutes. Turn and stir the mixture once more and then serve.
