                         Bacon Cheese Appetizers

   8      Slices        Bacon, cut in half
 225      Grams         Sharp Cheddar Cheese, cut in cubes (16)
   1      Dash          Cayenne
   8                    Cherry Tomatoes

1)  Preheat the broiler.

2)  Sprinkle cheese cubes with the cayenne.

3)  Wrap bacon around each cube and fasten with a toothpick.

4)  Place in an ovenproof baking dish.

5)  Broil until the cheese melts and the bacon is done (about five minutes total cooking time, but turn after about 3 minutes).

6)  Cut tomatoes in half and garnish each cube with a tomato half.

7)  Serve with celery and carrots.
